HoYoLAB 12+

nice app, hoyoverse! but it's extremely slow and some things don't load properly. i have difficulty doing log ins and even posting as it says '(Character not found)' especially when i put in the correct server??? i've no idea how to fix this, i'm logged in and everything.

I’m really annoyed with this app! I liked when it was simple without too much content. I hate all messages which are not related to my game and I can’t get rid of them once and for good.
The most annoying thing is that new menu, where is very hard to find what I’m looking for. Why did you destroyed something what was so good almost perfect? Especially that button to daily login it was so easy to find, now it’s a nightmare.
Also too much rubbish unrelated, most of it is just spam. I want to play Genshin not wasting my time on social media and community. I don’t like all that socialising staff. I will be content if I really could choose for myself what I want to have in my app. I don’t want to see anything besides Genshin! I don’t need to see memes from Honkai’s games etc. So please stop spamming me with everything what you got - I’m not interested so please spare me that. It always spoils my mood and annoying me, that’s why I wrote this.

I think HoYoLAB is a very smart and convenient idea- but, I have been posting general content, like character designs, memes ( based on genshin impact) and for some reason, my account got muted. The reason I got muted was not clear, I was not able to comment on anything and it didn’t show how long I was muted for either. They need to show the proper information on my account being muted, not just showing me rules that I already know. A lot of other users have been muted for no reason and it’s very annoying. It’s a great app, with a good set up, giving you rewards, events and info on new game updates. Thank you for reading <3 ♡☻
