Syncs with my verve ones very nicely wish there was an option to create a custom eq setting definitely plan on buying another set

Really annoying app
Having bought and paid for the headphones, I find I have to open an account to use them. This is an information gathering pest. I tried many many user names before I came up with one it would accept. Apparently “why do you need this” was already taken. I wonder why? Then I tried several passwords before I found one to meet their criteria. By this time, there was no way I was giving them my real email address. Sorry I ever bought these headphones. Lesson learned!

How do I change the EQ on my pulse escape
When I tap on my device it has no settings

Hello jollybob123, it also depends on the iOS version which features are available. Do you see the last location finder feature at least? As for te EQ, if you do not see it, it is not supported, I am afraid. For more questions, reach out to me at supportus@hubbleconnected.com. Thanks, Mike!
