Awful app

Returned the product as I thought it was faulty- but on second try with the replacement humidifier it turns out it’s the app that is the problem!

The humidifier keeps losing connection so if I’ve got a schedule set for an hour often it won’t turn off when scheduled and will continue to run through the night and then sound a very loud alarm to alert when the water has run out and wake baby up!! Nightmare! Sometimes with the previous one I had it would sound the alarm for no apparent reason! I just couldn’t work it out which is why I thought the product was faulty.

Also the updates on the humidifier constantly fail. I also have a dream machine but that seems to work fine. I would really appreciate some support with the app as I do think the humidifier works well just major problems with controlling it via the app and connectivity!a

Doesn’t work with scales

Got the scales as an xmas present. Scales work perfectly but the app doesn’t work at all. I’ve connected the scales several times, uninstalled the app and reinstalled several times and nothing. It connects initially, but one of two things happens, when I press ‘scan’, the app just shuts down, or when I have weighed us, the scales can’t find the device even though the device says it’s connected. Was worried that it was a fault with the scales but having just looked at the reviews now it seems it’s definitely the app. Surprising considering you are most known as a mobile phone brand, you’d think compatible phone apps wouldn’t be too difficult? - the scales themselves are fantastic though just to add something positive!

Haven’t been able to connect

I have downloaded the app and paired the dream machine per the on screen instructions. The pairing appears to work and the app says I’m “all set” to experience the dream machine. It goes downhill from there as the machine will not connect and I see a constant loading symbol beside it. This means I can’t download lullabies to use on the device (none are preloaded) nor access any of the mobile controls. It’s a shame and I’m hoping a developer will be able to fix it. I can’t update the firmware as that keeps failing as well - I presume this is due to the lack of connection to the device.
