Turn app off when you feel like it
Been a customer for many years and still don't get why you designed a app to waste all the money you did just to tell customers you turn it off during busy periods isn't that defeating the point here (clearly it is )
Garbage app
First off there are two apps, not sure which you’re meant to use so used them both. Neither of them allow you to add card payment details - one says you have to obtain an account ID and call Huddersfield Taxi’s, the other app appears to add the details only for them to disappear immediately and you have to re-add again and they keep disappearing. Taxi office don’t seem to have a clue as they seem to think the app works and you can pay by card - yeah right! Look at all the terrible reviews for this garbage app. Unfortunately the service I’ve received recently by calling the rank was also garbage, so won’t be using this sorry excuse for a taxi firm again!
Took money for nothing
I set up a card to pay and it took £1.01 out of my account then when I try to book it says “payment method not accepted” so why take money when it doesn’t allow the payment method?
