Hunting Camera Pro 4+

This app is working perfect on IPhone old generation 6,7 etc but however it’s got solid problems accessing the camera from an IPad Pro platform.
It appears that is not communicating with the camera after the WiFi connection blaming the connection itself, despite that it’s actually connected to the camera.
Can the Developer do something about it? Really need a look into the drivers of this app! It’s sad that the app can’t keep up with the technology...

The Toguard H85 camera is great with fantastic quality images and video. What happened to the App? It’s shockingly bad! Clunky, buggy, poor design and too often useless. Why do I have to read a complaint at Apple each time I open the App? You are the developer, adapt and change to the current iOS like everyone else. Users are not interested in excuses they just want solutions to the problems. This software appears as if was made in 5 minutes on a shoe string budget and what a shame it doesn’t compliment a decent camera. Disappointed, please have a rethink and make it work. Also, why is it called Hunting Camera Pro? The Toguard range are sold as Trail Cameras, so why don’t you keep it simple and call the app the same as the product! Just a thought. The lack of Developer responses to the reviews highlights the complete lack of engagement to give users confidence that issues will be resolved and make the app great.

U really wanted this to work, my ducks are
Getting attacked despite so many of my attempts to keep them out. So I bought this camera, the initial set up worked, but I’ve not been able to find the WiFi name name again, it just doesn’t show up on my WiFi list on my iPhone. Same with the Bluetooth.

The people know there’s a huge problem with this camera but are still selling it under the pretence that it works. They know it doesn’t work. Please sort it, I had 20 of these things in my basket, but then decided to buy one first then buy back up camera if the first one worked fine. Thank goodness I didn’t buy the 20 on the first go.
