Very welcoming
I am staying at dreams Lanzarote by myself. I have found the staff and everybody here very welcoming and feel I have all my needs met, especially as I am coeliac and need Gluton free they have everything.
Great concept but requests not fulfilled
This app concept is fantastic. I loved the idea of being able to request maintenance/room service/minibar/housekeeping… you name it, all via a couple of clicks. It’s convenient for me, the guest, and surely takes another idle task away from reception so they can focus on other guests.
Unfortunately none of our requests made via the app were ever acknowledged, let alone fulfilled. All sat in “new” status for the duration of our stay.
So, unfortunately, this app is pointless. It does nothing.
stressful
a stay / holiday, particularly at Zoetry. should be relaxing - not constantly having to work hard to get services which are considered a normal part of a hotel stay.
To be out of a room from 0800 ish until after 2pm in what is merely a 100 room hotel but have the hassle of ‘begging’ for housekeeping to come and make up the room is NOT acceptable.
Even more irritating and annoying that housekeeping has not been done - and yet the efficient lady trying to sell AMR shares found us more quickly!!
To struggle to log in to the app system when everything is done on room name only and suddenly that log in system is a number only, is again an unnecessary irritation that could have been avoided.
