Good - but currently bugged
You can use the guest function but logging in with your booking number will result in an app crash that renders it inoperable.
I managed to login with my iPad Pro, and selected no to Face ID, which works. However on the iPhone 12 Pro, it will crash regardless of choice.
If you are stuck in an app crash loop and you want the app to show you the guest functions which lets to gps track staff at the airport. I managed to successfully reset/reinstall the app by 1st disabling cloud backup for the app via “iCloud Storage” > “Manage Storage”. 2nd deleting the app via “storage” in settings. 3rd closing the App Store app. 4th restarting the iPhone and then reinstalling the app.
Crashes
Asks to use Face ID to log in, doesn’t matter whether you select yes or no the app crashes.
Works fine
Face ID issue mentioned by others appears to be fixed and it worked fine on my 14 Pro.
App is a bit clunky but shows your booking info so has some use. I didn’t get any of the tracking and my driver had a clipboard with a list of names and pick ups so I don’t think he was app-enabled ;)
As far as airport transfers go the service was good - easy and efficient.
