App closes down every time

Please please fix this app I have brought 2 not cheap brand new flash drive sticks they both work fully but the app doesn’t every time I go in the app to free up phone storage the all closes down every time , it also says the stick isn’t connected when it is and I’m disappointed :(

I usb storer

Well I actually bought a usb drive that takes you to this app iUSB storer from eBay initially it worked at the beginning now it says this is not supported by iPhone and it crashes when watching or moving files. It seems pretty useless now as the device I bought is supposed to work with this app, sorry it’s not having it I use iPhone 7+ and it’s up to date so I’ll have to give a 3 star really as it was great at first.

Recent Update Has Made It Worse

I believe this got updated less than a week ago & now it’s reliably is even worse as it wasn’t great before!
Either tells you the USB isn’t connected when it is or if you manage to get past that switches you back to the menu when you try & open the USB! Tried with 2 different phones both same versions & 2 different UBS’s. This needs reviewing & correcting!
