iUSB Pro 4+

I got this yesterday and was amazed at how simple the app was, and how quick it worked. However since last night every time I plug the adaptor in it says “No Files Found!”. This is strange as it read them all an hour earlier. When you initially plug the device in and go to settings it initially shows the IUSB device and gives you the memory that’s used and free so it definitely knows something is on there.

If it had been working the same as yesterday I’d of give 5 stars on how cheap and easy it was to use. However today it’s useless so I’ve stretched to give it a 2 until the issues sorted.

I’ve been using the idragon usb stick for iPhone/iPad mini for a couple of years now & haven’t had any problems using it & would normally give 5* & a good review, but recently I’ve upgraded my iPad mini to an ipad5 & again to begin with no problems at all, until I updated the iPad to ios13.6 & now it will only play for 10 seconds & then completely cuts out, but will still play on my old mini iPad, which I’ve not updated yet, but wanted it work on my ipad5 as is a bigger screen size.
So now I have relented & have bought a sanDisk iXpand mini flash drive stick & hoping that will work, as I’ve given up on this app & if I had known that updating my iPad would make this stop working then I wouldn’t of updated, as this usb drive is brilliant for using to watch films on.
It’s a real shame that you haven’t fixed this problem, as reading a lot of the reviews this seems to be a very common issue with iOS 13.6 & no one can contact anyone to find out why this is happening.

I have recently encountered a problem with this App and cannot see how to contact their Support so I thought I would air it here this is a fantastic app that I use very regularly but just recently I have come across an issue where my iPhone8+ works perfectly my iPad Pro 10.5 fails to see the contents of any subdirectories it sees the folder but then blank. So I have to put anything I wish to move into the root folder. Both of my devices are running on iOS 12.1.3 so why the difference I would have thought the file system to be the same on both but hopefully it will now get resolved as this is a cracking combination of device and app that really does the job.
