Disappointing experience
We flew from Madrid to Porto and back. For both the legs, we had pre-booked seats, on the return leg with extra leg room. Our boarding passes were already printed off, meaning that with only hand luggage we could pass straight through security. However, on the day of our Madrid flight, we had notification from Iberia that our seats were changed, which meant that we had to go to the desk to check in again and get new boarding passes. Now, a day before our Porto flight, the same has happened and we no longer have seats with extra leg room. Very disappointed.
App and booking platform dont work!!
Try to accept and upgrade with a 75 pounds charge, card scan for payment didn't work and after filling payment information three times was always giving an error and check in not completed.. funny enough they did charge me twice on my amex the upgrade!! IT and the APP definitely and area of real improvement needed.
Poor IT Service
5 hours I’ve tried logging in & each time I was told there was an error when the info was totally correct. I then decided to try again on my phone & it worked with the same information. In addition, when the information submitted is incorrect it would be very helpful to be told where the error exists or it becomes almost impossible to rectify. I was looking forward to my last day in Costa Rica & it’s spoilt, I’m stressed, I’m agitated & all because Iberia can’t be arsed to get their IT sorted. It’s disappointing & unacceptable
