Pointless
Good looking trains but good luck booking one and don’t even think about trying to change a booking. IRYO, your competitor allows buying tickets in groups of ten trips and you can change trips anytime. I’d happily switch to iryo if you have an app that works and the ability to change tickets easily. Till then it’s AVE
Ridiculous
I have never seen a travel app that won’t let you make bookings directly on the app, I may as well save time and use safari, or even another operator for my trips seeing they are lacking in attention to detail, more investment needed here to make the app funcion normally. Painful.
