Better than expected

I am only 2 weeks into the elimination, but i am already noticing a difference to a 20 year problem. Aside from the health advice and recipes, I am impressed with how good and easy to use the app is as a meal planner. My full week planned out by the AI, including snacks and a generated shopping list. I was also easily able to share the plan with my family so that whoever is cooking can access the recipes. When i finish the 12 week diet I would be tempted to keep it as a recipe app!

Love this app

This is so good. The recipes, the meal planning, food lookups, guidance and learning and everything. I absolutely love this ! I’m under control so far as I’m in week 2. I like the easy layout too with reporting. I’m wondering if I could offer an improvement suggestion to have a poo tracker but in and a means to export the data for the gp ? Maybe the developers could look at this. I’ve been so frustrated with other approaches to low fodmap and this is so easy. Thanks so much. I’ll recommend to others.

A great app for coaching to eat and live with IBS symptoms

My doctor “thought” I have IBS and suggested I try the low FODMAP diet. I did some research but it’s hard to keep on top of what you can and can’t eat, and in which quantity. IBS coach puts together a meal plan of low FODMAP elimination phase meals, with a shopping list, and they are delicious and easy to prep. My family didn’t notice we’re eating low FODMAP and I’m already feeling better. Each day you get to learn more - bite size - about how to live with IBS and it’s fascinating. I really recommend it!

A few improvements proposals:
- it would be great to be able to add the food we eat alongside the meal plan (chosen from the green foods of course) ie. A pre run snack
- when symptoms disappear quicker than 4 weeks, it would be great to be able to move to reintroduction phase faster
