iCabbi Driver App 4+

App is riddled with bugs. Notifications not working consistently, bid information inconsistent. Bud pop ups inconsistent. Sometimes it works as it should, but very often it does not. Interface is poorly laid out which causes conflicts when trying to navigate & mistakenly accept a bid when you don’t intend to. Bid pop ups are invasive. If you reject a bid it will keep popping up even tho you have rejected it. Sometimes you can’t even reject a bid (blue bids) & waste time waiting for it to time out before you can select the bid you want. Interface is half in miles & half in Kilometers with no option in settings to specify imperial or metric. Poor feedback interface with no option to add screenshots. Call History not accessible on web interface for drivers, only keeps 3 months of call history in app which has very laggy interface & scrolling. No option to mark a fare as unpaid & now way to manage unpaid fares. No options for drivers to manage fare preferences like address or user or zone black list or if you want to accept cash / account fares only or both.

I’m pretty sure there used to be an option to change the default navigation software to something other than the terrible Google “take you down a dirt track or into a canal” maps. I just want to use waze, why can’t i use waze? it’s installed on my iPhone and it’s listed on carplay so why can’t I select that as my navigation software of choice? Also If i’m listening to some music over carplay and I get an alert through on iCabbi it’s like i’ve just been transported to the roof off a Fire engine speeding to an incident with the sirens on full blast. Jeez guys any chance of mute button for notifications??? I’d hear a buzz and see the notification i just don’t need my own personal big ben sat on my dashboard thank you very much. when you get a trip and you accept it, there is a gap of a few seconds until your trip appears on the application. The “no show” function does not work. maybe you can also add “cash out” when you have money in your account, where you can withdraw money 4-5 times a day. if you can change the navigation on several variants, waze or the map on the iphone. when your trips appear, maybe you can add to trip to see it on the map, from where you take the client and where you leave him and to show you the amount of money, for that trip.

Also, if you can take out the notification for the messages. It s annoying when you receive 20-30 messages one after one and you want to cancel a trip or to send a message to base. It s not so usseful to see the messages, when you can see them in the inbox.
