That’s not an app. It just gets you to login which doesn’t allow you to use the login details you already have from the website. Then that’s it, you’re logged in and can now ‘search’ but when you go to search it just takes you to the website inside of the app 😂 and then you have to login again….eish

Hello, thanks for sharing your feedback.
Actually no password is needed to login in the mobile app as a code will be received in your mailbox.
Then, if you have an existing booking with the used email address, you will see details of your trip in the home screen and you will receive mobile notifications linked to the flight such as departure/arrival gate & terminal, check-in desk, baggage carousel and also informational notifications such as the weather forecast and Covid travel restrictions of your destination.
And even if you don't have an upcoming trip, you still can use the digital assistant to fetch informational or bookable services for any destination.

Scammers!
Please heed my advice, these people will miss sell you a holiday or flights and then refuse to give your money back, even if you cancel within 24 hours.
They will then tie you up for so long on hold and being passed from department to department you’ll give up.
Don’t trust these pond scum with your hard earned money.
I only hope the universe catches up with them some day…and all who assist in them in doing what they do.
Please pass this on. Or do your own research…it’s all there…hundreds of people, robbed by them.
Oh…and the app is worthless.
Don’t bother downloading
Terrible app,
Doesn’t show your booking on the app, the bot assistant is terrible, makes you tell it the flight numbers one by one, confirms it’s added and then you go back onto the home page and nothing is there still.

Dear user,
please note that your trip will be automatically added to the app up to 4 days after your booking and you will receive a mobile notification to notify you once added. If you still wish to add the trip manually, you need to confirm the addition by clicking the "OK" button at the end of the addition flow otherwise you will not see the trip in the trip card list.
