Notification need to improve please

No, this is a great app - the flight I saved in the phone didn’t synchronise very well with the Apple Watch -occasionally does it, but it’s very hard to make it work properly Please kindly make 2 following improvement, then I’ll be so happy to put a 5 star for this :- • iPhone and watch synchronises is very important. Please make it really workable synchronisation between phone and Apple Watch AND •• and should have a little notification - Keep coming about -flight have departed other end , then - then 45 minute before landing, and then - and then when touch down and then - and then when baggage in hall etc . = all notifications should be on an a Apple Watch continuously And most importantly, there should be option to select or deselect personalise notification only - I don’t want any other marketing notification or any kind of other notification, except the above mentioned notification -therefore I want to be able to customise my notification Thank you,

Aaaaarrrrrgh
Someone enters the data and the app publishes it correctly. However it does not work in alignment with Heathrow operations. Normally I use it for departures whereas yesterday I used it for arrivals. My husband’s flight arrived… I was notified, was it correct? Yes the information was correct. Got panicked managed to reach airport to pick him up, but though the plane was by the gate, they didn’t open the plane doors, so they were left in the plane for an extra 20 minutes. Luckily I had parked in short term car park by then. We started waiting inside, voila the message arrived saying luggage was arriving. No they were not… at the end I ended up paying 17gbp for car park. It was supposed to be a 30 - 45 min visit max and I ended up for 2 hours… could it be better if I didn’t use the app, well I think it would have been exactly the same. The app is there working as it was designed but if the surrounding processes are singing from a different tone, then benefit is not fully there, but we have an app to entertain us.

I downloaded the app to help guide us to the gate and get notifications about our flight - super useful and it worked well for this. I got sucked into the heathrow rewards so ended up going deeper into the app - its useless. It never remembers your data and always asks for a car number which you cannot copy from the app, whenever you tap anything it takes you to a built in browser to log in again. Nothing works as one of the prior reviewers says and this is spot on review. Poor from such a huge company. It shows how little support cares when none of the reviews have replies and support don’t reply from an email. Uninstalled and will attempt to delete my account. A shame really as it is sleek and promising!

Seriously…. Nothing. I booked parking and received a booking reference online but no email confirmation. I tried around a dozen times to get email recent but nothing….. and yes I did check my Junk folder. You can’t email or phone as the phone line doesn’t work. You can send them a letter in the post but I decided not to because it’s 2022 FFS!So I downloaded the app. Nothing works. I can’t log in because it doesn’t recognise my email or password even though I’ve used this service before many times. So I clicked ‘Forgot password’ even though I haven’t forgotten it, just so I could set up a new password. So I see the ‘Thank you, you have been sent an email with a link to update your password’ message but……. guess what. Yep, you guessed it. No email despite trying several times. If I didn’t know better I’d say this was some dodgy scam. Nothing works and you can’t even make contact with anyone in any way to tell them that nothing works. Complete joke!
