Feels like a Barclays app
App is buggy, similar to the Barclaycard app some design decisions make no sense. When signing up you cannot copy and paste your membership number into the input field. Seems like a dumb design choice to me. When Clicking on “use pass”, the app appears to do nothing, until after a good few seconds have passed the screen updates. Could benefit from an indicator of some sort. Confusing / pointless hamburger menu. Missed the nav controls at the bottom on first look as only seen hamburger menu? Pick one form of navigation.
Perfect Start to Holiday!!
I got my DragonPass as part of my Barclays Premier account and took the opportunity to use 3 of my 6 annual free passes to enjoy the lounge at Stansted. The app is great, logged in the day before and was greeted with no need to. Ok today so checked back on the day of our flight, made the reservation and got straight in, ahead of the queue!! So thanks DagonPass and thanks Barclays who told me about Travel Pack Plus!

Awful, Filthy ‘Lounges’ only accessible if booked 48hrs in advance.
I always hold out the hope that, at some point, I’ll be able to use this app to get into a decent airport lounge but it hasn’t happened yet! If you simply turn up the standard response is that the lounge is full and, if I’ve remembered to actually book it, it’s total pot-luck as to whether the lounge will be pleasant enough to sit in or have any edible food. Most of the lounges are SO crowded that there are no seats and the food is just slop with long queues of people coughing all over it. This app is pointless as I’ve NEVER been able to use it for an enjoyable experience.
