I find myself once again having to phone up the call centre and ask what I can do to get into the app and which airport longes I can access. As for the call centre, I spoke with Craig, who was eager to help. But sadly, his hands were tied by obvious lack of training. Maeve, the manager at the call centre. Was less helpful. As I proceeded to ask what can be done for me as the paying customer and as to the fact that I am not receiving the service I am paying for. She unhelpfully told me to make a complaint as she could not help. I was then speaking with Abby, who was vague at best with the complaints that I had. She seemed to turn her nose up at the fact that I would like what she had written, read back to me, as to make sure my point was put across. This seemed to be a tall order as a condescending Abby spoke back to me as she typed. As if I had asked her to do her job or something. I have been with this company for some years now and hardly ever used it’s “benefits”. I have and will continue to inform all of those I come into contact with, about this shocking level of service that is consistently practiced. In the current world of competition, this company is taking liberties with their customers. I will end my contract this month. Along with all those in my current employment.
We have just been on holiday to Cuba, Mexico, & New York one trip, to find not one lounge would except the Dragon pass. The only pass they would take was Priority pass we had this pass until it was change to the dragon pass. The Dragon pass was meant to be an upgraded from the priority pass which in the states is not so. I will be looking into this very carefully as it’s very frustrating when your on long haul flights. Not to mention a person with disability’s traveling.
What a rubbish service. No idea what I’m supposed to sign up with as I have a membership number and nothing else. This would be fine but I can register anything As it keeps telling me I’m not connected to the internet when I am.
Inherited this as part of a bank account with NatWest which shines a massive light on their choice. Clearly someone for NW has had some great lunches and perks to sign off on this piece of trash.
