I find myself once again having to phone up the call centre and ask what I can do to get into the app and which airport longes I can access. As for the call centre, I spoke with Craig, who was eager to help. But sadly, his hands were tied by obvious lack of training. Maeve, the manager at the call centre. Was less helpful. As I proceeded to ask what can be done for me as the paying customer and as to the fact that I am not receiving the service I am paying for. She unhelpfully told me to make a complaint as she could not help. I was then speaking with Abby, who was vague at best with the complaints that I had. She seemed to turn her nose up at the fact that I would like what she had written, read back to me, as to make sure my point was put across. This seemed to be a tall order as a condescending Abby spoke back to me as she typed. As if I had asked her to do her job or something. I have been with this company for some years now and hardly ever used it’s “benefits”. I have and will continue to inform all of those I come into contact with, about this shocking level of service that is consistently practiced. In the current world of competition, this company is taking liberties with their customers. I will end my contract this month. Along with all those in my current employment.

I was Head of IT at a boarding school in a sleepy Yorkshire village. We became one of the earliest schools (7th) in the UK to create a website, one of the earliest (3rd) to create apps and the first to establish a BOEN network.

Ten years ago if one of my 11 year old students had presented me with an app (or website) as malformed as yours I would have given them a failing grade! 🥲

I honestly don’t know where to start. Your data input fields are malformed and lack important tags - that’s a technical term!

The fact that your support phone line is SO overwhelmed that the recorded message says something like “We are experiencing such high demand that we are not even able to put you on hold” might raise flags?

It would be helpful if I could get into the app on a consistent basis. Despite having all the correct information entered I have to go through the same “enter your details” process every time. Even then it only allows me in about 1 in 10 times. Once inside it’s hardly user friendly. Why bother building an app if your developers are so poor. If I could give this a negative star rating I would. It’s completely useless.
