Great

I think apps is very good for you but I removed it because I have been few times to the car park in my local as I never used it many times. I recommend you will have add it and help smooth to use apps to the scan and help you.

Live activities… that you can’t disable

Just opened the app to buy a ticket for tomorrow. Then closing the app my Home Screen is taken over by a countdown timer?! Nothing I did disabled it. My only option was going into settings and disabling live activities for the app completely. If you’re going to take over the Home Screen of my phone then at least do it on my authority rather than just throwing a timer there with no way to disable it.

First of all I'm sorry you had a negative experience with our new Live Activities feature. Unfortunately we're pretty limited with how we can control live activities, Apple's behaviour is that they're enabled by default, but they do display the option to disable them the first time they're shown by the app.

We'll definitely be taking your feedback on board.

Not been able to purchase tickets for over a month

Not able to get through choosing location, I was able to do it twice and since this has not worked at all. Please check if there are any issues

I'm sorry you've encountered an issue using the app.

We released a new version of the app yesterday that included a couple of bug fixes. The first step would be to completely uninstall the app before reinstalling the new version, if that doesn't work for you please could you reach out to the support team at citipark.co.uk/contact - they'll grab a few details from you and pass them over to us so that we can look into this for you.
