Every transaction takes an extended length of time. You have to return to the app once you’ve verified payment with your banking app in order to verify the payment yet again (this is done automatically on the server side with other apps I have used). You can’t use PayPall. Transactions are frequently unsuccessful with the app blaming network connection despite many other apps working under the same conditions. The user account for this app is the same for other locations and other methods of payment but this is not entirely transparent. And if you do get a parking charge, the payment system for that feels like a scam. I’d rate 0 stars if I could.

Attempted to use in iPhone. I was unable to select the parking location and the application stated no future payments allowed and reverted back to location entry.
Logged an issue seeing as the car park also had an ANPR but there was no way to make any kind of payment.
I was informed via support email that there was no issue yet the app clearly was NOT accepting details entered. Tried again next day and it then found the location and showed available tariffs.
Will re-rate once confirmed no fine applied due to being unable to pay for parking.
No other app issue or network problems at the time.

First of all, welcome to 2023, where you can’t use your card at a car park terminal. Then the app is a total pain to set up, doesn’t conform to iOS app guidelines, cannot auto fill my details or card details.

But that’s just the least of the issues.

I arrived at the car park just after midnight. Sign clearly states free parking between 7pm and 7am. Thinking that I will be leaving around 9am, I decide to purchase 2 hours. Again, like the scam artists these people are, they charge 20p “convenience fee”. WHAT YEAR IS THIS?!

Then when I go and check the time, the app tells me it will end at 2am.

Are you serious?!

I’ll be demanding a refund, don’t care if it’s only £1.70, this is a total scam!

So after a long drive, having to be up at 6am, now I’m going down to my car and park it somewhere else. You people should be in jail!
