Awful, very time-consuming and does not work properly. For example, if you park across midnight you cannot then change the date when you pay back to the previous day so long is contacting the location where you’ve parked and asking them to backdate a payment to the previous day so that you don’t get a fine from Nexus.Also Selecting locations that does not work properly. I have tried putting in the number doesn’t search on iPhone. I have tried putting in Taunton Ford Taunton Deane that does not work either the only way to find the location is to go into the list all locations option and then find the location you want in there. Very amateurish coding!

Utter rubbish as customer experience. It makes you create an account (which is difficult to do, because the bottom two fields are obscured by the keyboard on an iPhone… presumably they didn’t bother testing on iPhones as not many people have those…), then it requires you to link a card, and receive a text message (which comes through incredibly slowly indicating they’re using the lowest possible cost SMS provider) - and when (if!) you’ve done all that, it then lets you pay using Apple Pay anyway!The only positive I can say, is that it’s probably less painful than paying the parking fine if you don’t use it.

Every transaction takes an extended length of time. You have to return to the app once you’ve verified payment with your banking app in order to verify the payment yet again (this is done automatically on the server side with other apps I have used). You can’t use PayPall. Transactions are frequently unsuccessful with the app blaming network connection despite many other apps working under the same conditions. The user account for this app is the same for other locations and other methods of payment but this is not entirely transparent. And if you do get a parking charge, the payment system for that feels like a scam. I’d rate 0 stars if I could.

I tried 3 times to download the app so I could park but each attempt timed out. I tried a 4th time and the error message said I’d tried too many times in 30 minutes. I had to ring my husband (who was at work) to see if he had the app, which he did and he had to pay the parking for me. There’s no phone number to ring for help and the app isn’t user friendly either. My husband could find the car park location because his bank card had expired! How ridiculous is that. I’m just waiting for a fine through the door now as I was over 30 minutes on the car park before I was able to pay.
