Invalid phone number
I’ve been using icq for long time, it’s the best app and I will recommend it to everyone, but for some reason I don’t know, I upgrade my apple phone and I transfer my old phone to new and since then I can’t login on my Icq app. It’s says invalid phone number, so frustrating.
Account Blocked
Dear Sir / Madam, I’ve been using this amazing app for many years now and have been recommended everyone who I know. We all love this app ever so much but for some reason my account has been blocked and it says your account has been compromised, why does my account has been blocked and compromised? I’m not a fraud person, I’ve three phones which I ve downloaded into my three phones the same account. Never ever had this problem. It tells me to follow the link and etc I did but nothing has sorted. I’ve emailed you twice but and again nothing has been sorted? I cannot communicate with my family and friends because it’s been blocked. How fair is that please? Please can you unblock my account so I can carry on using it please 🙏🏻🙏🏻. That’ll be so appreciated please.

What happened?
This application used to be jampacked with features for the PC many many years ago things like being able to control the speed of your file transfers being able to have a chat rooms multiple chat rooms being able to draw live on the screen allsorts of things this app that everything is absolutely nothing not even the webCam feature works properly. I used to really like ICQ back in the day now it isn’t any different from anything else. I think that ability to control how fast you are sending me a file was the best features I think that this is going to fall on its face eventually which is such a shame that original marabilis is ICQ was perfect
