Invalid phone number
I’ve been using icq for long time, it’s the best app and I will recommend it to everyone, but for some reason I don’t know, I upgrade my apple phone and I transfer my old phone to new and since then I can’t login on my Icq app. It’s says invalid phone number, so frustrating.
App not working properly, needs a major update, it’s full of bugs..
The ICQ app i have used for sometime a few weeks ago it stop letting me join groups (that’s any groups) I can’t leave any groups that I’m already in, I can’t post any new articles or delete any thing. And to top it all off it won’t except my new Mobile number because the phone number starts with a zero (0) gives me an error message. Please take sometime to update it. Thank you.
Is there ever going to be a response to this query, I’ve excepted that my old account has probably gone and I’m trying to setup a new account even that isn’t easy I don’t have the old mobile number lost it somewhere I originally used to create an account, I’m try with a new number it doesn’t seem to like it because it starts with a zero.
Account Blocked
Dear Sir / Madam, I’ve been using this amazing app for many years now and have been recommended everyone who I know. We all love this app ever so much but for some reason my account has been blocked and it says your account has been compromised, why does my account has been blocked and compromised? I’m not a fraud person, I’ve three phones which I ve downloaded into my three phones the same account. Never ever had this problem. It tells me to follow the link and etc I did but nothing has sorted. I’ve emailed you twice but and again nothing has been sorted? I cannot communicate with my family and friends because it’s been blocked. How fair is that please? Please can you unblock my account so I can carry on using it please 🙏🏻🙏🏻. That’ll be so appreciated please.
