Description
Send ICS flag nautical messages
ICS Messenger allows you to create and send messages using ICS (International Code of Signals) flags or semaphores. Include the text for the flags or hide it in order to communicate with a secret code. Messages can be shared as a animated gif or as an Image.
Due to current limitations messages can be a max of 30 characters long.
