The app looks nice and functions as mentioned, but I was looking for an offline app as I work in a remote location, I read some articles, and saw it said iOS offline, so I assumed that meant apple products, but since found out that iOS means i-phones? why not just say in brackets or something that (Doesn't work on mac) for us less tech savvy folk. Aside from that, works well.... When I am online.

I really wanted this to work, especially given the cost of the App, however it has not fulfilled it's promise. I bought this as a one stop solution for Mac and iOS for two people to utilise via Family Sharing. It initially worked for me in a limited way but not at all for the second user. Of course I emailed support and after sixteen emails they were no nearer to solving my issues and have seemingly given up. Now, after the latest update I have lost all functionality so am left with an expensive App that does not work and for which the developer offers very little customer service. I could deal with this in a free app but not one at this price. Therefore I cannot give it more than one star and would recommend that anyone needing a translation App look elsewhere.

Sorry that you were left dissatisfied with our email support. Mate for macOS and iOS are two separate apps. We have zero influence on how Family Sharing works. It's an Apple thing.

I can't bear apps that start off free and then instead of just charging a fee want a lifetime subscription thats overpriced for what you get .. When I realised that its very tricky to remove I just wanted this app OFF MY COMPUTER... good riddance .. You can't force people to use your product !!!
