Having a German company selling parts at a realistic prices is one thing ... some AUTODOC prices are good. However you may as well be blind when ordering , no real info on parts... when does free post kick in. ... I need to ask Questions .... but who to... I am slightly thick. another pain is constant change of discount , I picked spares all week only to find my bill going up and down like a lift. HOWEVER...this all aside as long as my part get to me a.s.a.p. I will be happy and they are correct for my car. I don’t think a company like AUTODOC needs any gimmicks. German efficiency should win the day…..OkGot the parts…my order was based on a good returns policy …only now I need to return unused parts AUTODOC ask every question under the sun and make it very difficult to return parts.. Lloyds motor spares in the UK . I returned spares with no problem at all, with a full refund.Not sure I will get that with AUTODOC.Don’t think I will use them again

It’s a difficult decision. Good points are most definitely the prices of the products and the extensive range you offer with further discounts ontop of bonuses thus making it massively cheaper than other competitors im sure. But all good being said is then shadowed by the bad points. So delivery is not a massive issue but when compared to prime and other providers then it’s a big impact to people. As wel theirs a really big problem with your order transactions and I ordered mine on Sunday and then it’s taken 3 days Monday Tuesday Wednesday to finally be confirmed and accepted and I only placed the order really for mainly the belt I purchased is a great price and I’m desperate for it ASAP but the time taken on your end isn’t working for me. I’ve gone and purchased another from elsewhere but il use the others as spares in case. Also the customer service responses areVERY much useless having not had a reply from them since I’ve been trying to contact since I placed the order to get an update on the delivery date and it’s taken until now to be contacted and everything is failing now in customer services for the evidence that they’re not even responding to direct messages yet you’re contacting me regarding a rating on an app. I think it’s laid out as far as business goes and customer relations it’s none existent unfortunately.

Constructive criticism- good on the whole

So I ordered a part from the website (a dpf for a bmw) £300, notably cheaper than anywhere else and I was worried after reading the negative reviews but held my breath till it arrived. The part came after 6 days and fit no problem. So on that I’m personally very happy. A) part was great value and B) it fit and worked. I downloaded the app after and then read the reviews and got worried. But a lot of these could be avoided with minor upgrades to the app and website. As the only way to guarantee the right part is to give them your vin number both the app and website should have somewhere for you to put this then you know you are getting the right part (a lot of negative reviews are from people getting the wrong part) and also the other thing that seems reoccurring is that people have ordered things then find out it’s out of stock. An easy way to fix this would be to give a filter on the app so you have the option of only seeing parts in stock (maybe even show stock levels so people know if the item is getting low) if these 2 things were fixed it would be a 5 star app and there would be a lot more happy customers. I’m from the U.K. and the items are dispatched from Germany so it takes 2-4 working days for stuff to arrive.

Not New Parts.

I would give 0 stars. But there is no such option. I often use this store and everything was fine until recently. I needed to buy a new air conditioner pump. I found everything and made the payment. Then I reviewed what I bought and saw something very interesting. This is the part Used! They washed it and will sell it as Restored. But the worst thing is that it costs more than a new one! I'm in shoke. Apparently someone does not know. That on BMW to install restored parts, it is easier then to buy a new car. This is strictly forbidden, I have been fixing cars for 20 years and I hate those who restore parts! I have no limit to my indignation. One thing I can't understand. How can I sell a restored part that is 15% more expensive than a new one? Now I have lost a lot of time before getting my funds back and I will be able to make a new order. My Answer. If you take the words "washed and sold" seriously. Then I ask you the question of what you do in this job. You know the term "Exaggerating". Apparently not. So that's it! If we contact the BMW and ask how they consider the option, to stand or repair the important organs of the BMW and then sell them as new. I think we all know what BMW will say. You have to understand simple things, to restore it does not mean a new one! You can not restore any part to the state of production. I can debate forever and I'll be right. Any manufacturer of parts will agree with me. But it doesn't matter! The important thing is that you sell them at the price of a new part! My trust in you has dropped to 0.

The remanufactured part can show a level of wear, but in terms of quality and robustness a remanufactured part is equivalent to a brand new part.
