Since menopause is a natural stage at the other end of a woman’s fertility it would be useful if the app could recognise that, or even just acknowledge it. I have had to add a separate app for menopause help (Health and Her) which based on period frequency, symptoms etc and it tells me I’m in perimenopause. Currently I’m using the two apps side by side as this one has historical data but eventually I won’t need it anymore. For a woman, the issues don’t stop when periods do, so an app that covers all these aspects would be so much more convenient. But, at what this app does do, it does it very well. As an endometriosis sufferer unpredictable periods have always been an issue as well as all the other symptoms that go with it. This app has enabled me to get some clarity as well as being a useful resource for doctors appointments - even just using the free part of the app, the paid-for elements are “extras” rather than fundamentals which is (a) excellent and (b) becoming rare these days! Keep it up guys, great work 😀
It’s a good app

Have been using it for well over a year. I only have the basic version. I have paid a subscription for any extras. During the time of having this app, I have switched phones and I found it useful that because I had logged in on my previous phone. The app remembered all of my period history. It predicts my period and ovulation very accurately and sends me notifications a few days before so there aren’t any surprises. I like that when I haven’t been active for a while on the app, it sends me a notification saying “ how are you “. Which is good because it allows me to remember to ask my self that question. As sometimes we are all so busy and life can gets overwhelming. So it’s nice to be reminded to check in with your self and your mental state and how you are coping with life at that point in your cycle. I can make notes in the notes section about how my day is going or if anything is bothering me. Then if I feel a similar way a few weeks later I can look back a recognise any patterns. You can all tick one of the many categories of you have a headache, stomach cramps, if your feeling exhausted , what kind of mood you are in Ect.I recommend this app to other women and girls as a good way of getting more familiar with, as well as keeping track of your periods and your mental health.

I would definitely recommend this app to everyone. It is appropriate for all ages and easy to use. They have sections that would be more and appropriate for older women like about birth control but for someone like me who is 12 it is great to help you plan events and other stuff like that. You don’t have to fill in all the sections just what applies to you. Everything in this app is free so far and all the other apps I’ve tried have attempted to get me to pay for a subscription. I like the name of this app as well because it doesn’t say anything about periods which makes me feel a lot more comfortable around new people. One again would just like to say how incredible this app is!
Amazing Quality!

I love EVERYTHING about this app! Firstly, I love the “discreet” feature that you can enable in the settings. It means that if I’m around my friends and the notification pops up, I don’t have to feel embarrassed if they see. However, I still like the fact that you can choose between the discreet option and personal reminder options for those people who don’t believe in the stigma attached to menstruation. Secondly, I like that the app is designed for all ages! I’m 13, so I’m glad that it is appropriate for my age, whereas some period tracker apps tend to focus more on the pregnancy side. But, if an older woman were to use the app, I still think that the simple design and colour scheme, as well as the features of the app, it would still be appropriate! Additionally, I like that you can change the colour scheme. My favourite is the pink, followed closely but the green. Finally, I love how you can use a passcode for the app for the people who want to keep their information private.Overall, I love EVERYTHING!!!
