The app and concept work well. When I contacted help they did respond quickly but misread my question. If you get a new phone you have to re-download the card to your wallet rather than transferring from phone to phone as you can with some cards. Finally, too many (more than daily) push notifications to remind you the app exists. No way to turn them off that I can see so have turned off all notifications from the app.

EatClub has made dining deals ridiculously easy. The whole process is super seamless — you just walk in, order normally, and pay with the card without having to awkwardly ask staff about discounts or special offers. Everything feels really discreet, which I appreciate. The discount gets applied automatically when you pay, so there’s no extra hassle or confusion. It honestly makes going out to eat feel smoother while still saving money. Definitely the easiest food apps I’ve used.

Love the concept of Discrete. With most discounts, you have to ask for them, which can feel embarrassing — that’s actually why I stopped asking for discounts a long time ago. But this app is different, and I genuinely love it.I’ve referred a lot of friends and family, and they’re all loving it too. The only issue I’ve had is not receiving rewards for my referrals, and because of that, I’ve stopped referring people for now.Also, I’d love to see more halal food options in Manchester, along with more lounges added to the app.

I tried this app for the first time to check out a new restaurant, and I’m really glad I did! Although there was a small hiccup initially, the customer service team was incredibly responsive and sorted everything out quickly and professionally. Their support made a great first impression. I had already recommended the app to a few colleagues even before using it—and now, after my experience, I’ll be recommending it to even more people!
