Was drawn to this initially by - no tracking of data. That's rare these days, and a simple utility at a decent price, it looks to be a very useful tool indeed.Been using the ubiquitous Calendar by google, which company I pretty much detest on principle... and it's astonishingly feeble when you consider that it's so easy to overlook the bog standard "notifications" that are inclined to pop up in your face umpteen times daily, unless you turn them off... bad idea.I thought it'd be a doddle to dig slightly deeper into either of the planner/calendar apps ipoh this ipad, locate the surely-to-goodness SMS reminder option. Think so? Waste not your time; - there ain't one. The Apple app is really feeble. This one offers the options of displaying a photograph, + a voice recording, or standard stuff notifications. But to be fair, and not to sound like some fanboy enthusiast, this doesn't offer SMS reminders either. Why the fuss? I'm old. with an old guy's memory.Note to software developer. setting up an effective reminder is less straightforward than it might be. Remember "wizards?" Little procedures leading an inexpert user through a process by a series of simple questions, "Add a photograph?" "If so, take one now or use an existing one?... and so on.Since - there's an awful lot if us oldies around, with fading memories and ever growing needs for memory props like this. But many might struggle a bit with the current set up. Valid suggestion? Thankyou for NOT tracking us, and making this app available to all at a decent price!
