Having been using several apps to manage my team, what a breath of fresh air it was finding this app. The form design is just what I needed to complete all of my tasks with ease. The time clock allows me to keep track of the hours my employees compete. I have even implemented more processes relating to health and safety which takes very little time to complete. I own a small company and being free of charge helps massively. One thing which would benefit my business is a customer directory with the ability to import from an excel file Great bit of software.

We have switched from another work app to Connecteam recently.I would just like to say 'thank you' for providing such a fantastic service to small businesses for free.As our team grows we will inevitably start paying for a subscription and that’s fine, but the fact that you offer this for free to businesses with 10 or fewer employees is excellent and has given us the time we needed to get use to the platform and decide on whether to stick with Connecteam or not.Also, I would like to mention that the staff support is great. Although I have watched many of the online tutorial video’s, I have also asked many questions, and the team have always responded within a couple of minutes and have been most helpful.I will be recommending Connecteam to many friends that currently use alternative platforms.

The development team seems they have thought of EVERY POSSIBLE FEATURE you could think of (or never did!) - if the feature isn’t there and is an important one, the team WILL ADD IT FOR YOU !! No glitches, downtime or “fiddly” use - WORKS LIKE A DREAM!! ** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED **BTW, we weren’t paid or “persuadedFor any reward to leave this feedback, whatsoever. Its 100% genuine - we just tried and tested the app and the overall software’s functionality and it is JUST PERFECT for a VERY DECENT price… !!Wouldn’t use any other anymore !!
