It’s so bad you would be wasting your money every single time always give the oppornent a better win rate always gives them extra moves usually there own colour it’s a shame it’s a decent game they downgraded for you to win anything including coins in the super league and they suppose to let you remain on 45,000 coins after reaching there but instead the lie and put you back to 40,000 and on solo matches you cannot win anything even if you put your best boosters the customer services are never there it’s be replaced by AI who can’t answer questions instead they make excuses if you want to play then play it for free it’s free to download but don’t pay for any of there services they just want to grab your cash you will lose 9/10 times I believe certain players are computer generated how can they win so much and get to the top so quickly don’t make no sense if you play this game then only play it for free do not pay for anything for this it’s only gonna make you lose and they will get your cash for nothing !

As a avid gamer where I played this a lot a couple years ago and came back to it to see if there was any improvements and I’m disappointed. Match masters does definitely have an appeal to a vast audience with the variety of boosters and perks enabling a different gaming experience to all. However this game lacks the potential to keep gamers. They should implement a upgrade system to allow people to upgrade their bronze boosters in to silver and so on up-to diamond boosters. Also with many of the solo challenges difficultly being extremely high it puts me off trying any, knowing that I’ll just be losing a booster. Again having a difficultly choice for solo games where the higher the difficulty the higher the rewards should be in place. On a positive note the daily challenges are a great addition especially for people who want to grind out better boosters. To summarise the reason for the 1 star is because the game is too money driven focused. And therefore overtime when people are tired spending their hard earned money they will end up just deleting the game. Not much is done to keep players. And a complete new strategy is needed to not just keep this game alive but thrive. I know you have had many comments moaning about the pay to win system and those comments can be considered but there is a solution where players who want to spend money and those who don’t can still enjoy the game.

Bombards with offers for real money purchases and impossible to play otherwise

My autistic son is absolutely hooked on this game but it constantly advertises real money purchases for boosters which are basically impossible to get without paying. He says the game is pretty much impossible to play with basic boosters (which I can confirm) and the app suggests you buy certain boosters with are the only ones that can be used on certain games He is extremely intelligent so he has found numerous ways to bypass parental controls and purchase boosters. there is no way to block purchases or impose spending limits like other apps so I have had over £900 taken from my limited finances for this game in 2024 alone.I have contacted Apple about this and they refuse to refund the money, block all purchases or prevent the download of this app. Also the advertised boosters have rapidly increased in price, I previously allowed him to purchase a few items advertised at between £1.59 - £3.99, however most of the advertised boosters etc. he is offered now are always over £10 so it seems the app is aware he is willing to spend the money so they keep offering higher priced ‘offers’PLEASE ADD A SPEND CAP OPTION TO YOUR NEXT UPDATE I get the app wants to earn as much money as possible but even gambling websites have controls in place so there is a reduced risk of financial hardship resulting from the offer and sales in their apps

The game is addictive, I can’t deny that. It’s a really good game to begin with, but the booster situation is beyond a joke!! Especially these special edition boosters!! You cannot win against anyone with a SE booster if you have a big standard one. As soon as I see a SE edition booster (if I have a standard one), I automatically leave the game. This must be as frustrating for the opposition ‘player’ as they’re not even getting a game and I’m sure I’m not the only who does this!! MATCH BOOSTERS!! Read your reviews and action this. Instead, you’ve introduced SE boosters which are IMPOSSIBLE to win against, unless you have the same one. I’m 99% certain the ones who need to get the red colours aren’t actually people. I’ve read another review below where it says about the opposition always getting lots of extra moves, or the star maker making their colours fall into place and automatically refilling their booster and this is so true!! Whenever I have a star maker, it literally put my blues miles apart!! It’s 100% showing signs of it being fixed. As I’ve said above, it’s a really good game and it’s highly addictive, but something has to give and it needs to be more enjoyable. Im also in the ‘legends’ league now, yet my lucky box only ever provides me with basic boosters?! When everyone I play against seems to have SE ones or a top tier purple one?! WHY!? Please read your reviews and fix what EVERYONE is saying!!!
