The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal will be charged to the account 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed by the user and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's account settings in the iOS Settings app after purchase. The current subscription cannot be canceled during the active subscription period.

Unhelpful and condescending

Possibly the worst customer support I have ever experienced. For a company facing economic challenges one would expect the support to be fit for purpose. Sadly it is not, and appears to be administered by a condescending and obstructive member of staff who presents as being unhappy in their job whilst showing total contempt for paying subscribers. This is a shame as the app itself is decent until you have any kind of issue. Shocking.

If your experience was different, perhaps the issue wasn’t with our team but with your attitude. We don’t mistake firmness for condescension or professionalism for submission. The app is super confusing. It only accepts public photos if you are fully clothed. I complained and was told I was rude for saying the app is confusing and unnecessary. That's because I'm premium. I'm leaving this app.

And let’s be clear: you contacted us with completely unnecessary and rude comments. Being Premium does not entitle you to insult our staff. It shows a lack of basic education and respect. Your review only makes you look foolish, because anyone familiar with the app knows how ridiculous your statement is.
