It took me a while to get used to the interface but I really like this app now! It’s not hard to use even for English speakers, and there are so many more good restaurants and small businesses here that I would not normally find on the Western apps.

客服很拉垮别用，撒餐处理很不好，用户是冤大头。套餐里优惠的奶茶撒了仅赔付购买套餐才享有的优惠价，没有任何补偿餐券。我只能又单点了一份，要按照原价购买，还有另外的配送费。谁懂？我点的东西不仅没按照原定时间吃到，还多花了第二次配送费和差价，毫无担当的平台！而且我已经提出了方案，让他们原价赔付给商家，我下次点商家别的食品时备注再给我做一杯。平台非是不同意，一点责任不愿意承担。Customer service was completely unhelpful. The handling of spilled items was poor, and the user ends up paying for everything. A discounted milk tea in my combo meal was spilled, and the platform only refunded the discounted price—no compensation voucher was offered. I had to reorder it separately at full price and pay for a second delivery fee.Not only did I miss my meal at the intended time, I also paid extra for another delivery and price difference—all for a mistake that wasn’t mine. The platform took zero responsibility.I even suggested a solution: have the platform reimburse the merchant at full price, and let the merchant include a replacement in my next order. The platform rejected this, unwilling to take any responsibility at all.

The most awful customer service they had. When I was trying to solve my unsatisfied order due to the mix of 2 different taste cuisine in one box. I just only want that apologize and to let the merchant know not to do next time. But she told me that I just finding a problem cause I want a refund. I will never ever use this app again and never trying to order from Chinese Great Wall cuisine restaurant from their app.
