Good up, need more time to explore it fully. Have had a few glitches, where it hasn’t start up and as you add your children in, you need to fill up a development form, so they can determine the stage each child is in, you don’t really want to reset the app by deleting and then upload it again. The communication between my self and the app developers have been good and they respond promptly, and they fixed the problem each time I have sent a message. However, because it hasn’t always started when needed I haven’t been able to use it consistently with my clients.

Followed a link from Facebook thinking that the app was a good idea. Downloaded the app and answered all the questions to be told my child has not 1 but 6 issues with various different areas of development. Parents worry enough about milestones without needing something like this to put more fear in their heads. Children all develop at different speeds and I think it’s utterly impossible for an app to calculate whether a child may or may not have any developmental delays. To advise that someone’s child has potential issues then going on to advise professional help and then offer a paid subscription is disgusting. What the app should do is start off only asking what the child likes most and their age and not attempt to analyse a child. Regardless of how developed or underdeveloped they are it is extremely irresponsible to claim to be able to analyse a child through an app when you’ve never met the child in person. Parents have enough to worry about and the professionals are busy enough without unnecessary cases flooding in. If a parent has a genuine worry about a child’s development I am sure they will seek professional help and absolutely not rely on this app. Totally appalled, I’ll take the advice of my health visitor, GP and consultant who have no concerns over my child thanks very much. I also think in this day and age allowing the child to access a microphone and camera on an app that uses the internet is EXTREMELY dangerous as it is so easy for undesirable people to hack into. I really think you should rethink this app and make it more safe for children and stop analysing children that you’ve never met. To judge a child on the supposed average milestones for their age category does not at all mean that they are behind. Leave it to the face to face professionals. Extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to using the app

I downloaded this app and tried it out during the trial period. I felt my wee lad wasn’t quite ready for this yet but I would definitely look at it again when he is saying more words to encourage him on. I thought I had cancelled the subscription but for some reason I ended up with the money going out of my account. I contacted customer service and they were excellent at sorting this out. I noticed previous people who have negatively rated this app as they have had issues with cancelling their trial but this has not been my experience. Great to see a company that excel in customer service.

I’ve never ever written a review for an app, but this time I had to. As you all know, you first fill in a little questionnaire about your child, and then get “results”. The questions weren’t good enough, too specific, and based on my answers, the results said that my 13 month old has got potential issues in 4 areas!!! I am a child psychologist, and you cannot compare a 13 month old with a 24 month old (cause that’s my baby’s age group, according to you), and based on that say that my child has potential issues! I am 100% sure that my baby’s development is just fine, I just wanted to see what things I can do with him to help him develop even more. But after seeing the “results”, I don’t even want to use the app anymore, telling parents their kids got issues when they actually don’t... I’m disgusted, to say the least!
