It’s a great app and I won’t use anything else it’s just at times it can freeze when calls are coming through but overall I love this app! Please consider allowing a 3-way option on thank you
Wish I could avoid them at all costs

Open phone is an active drain on me constantly. They’ve over charged me for years and refuse to fix it, their service for making actual phone calls is borderline unusable even with perfect super fast WiFi connections and I’m consistently not getting notifications for text messages or calls from my family and friends, yet some how I’m always getting spam calls through. I desperately need to get rid of them because of how incredibly terrible they are but alas, the options for maintaining my old US number after moving are pretty slim now. Please don’t make my mistake and avoid OpenPhone at all costs
Used to be perfect before the recent update

This app used to be absolutely perfect it used to be one of the best apps I found. Now it is absolutely terrible since the new latest update. You can no longer listen to your recorded calls in the background. Also if you are listening to the car recordings through your phone and you have your screen to time out after a certain amount of seconds. The call recording will go off and go all the way back to the beginning of the phone conversation. also since the new update it now calls through its own ringtone which is very annoying as you cannot turn it off.

Signed up for a US number. All seemed good but SMS messages not being received. Tried verifying my account, as there seemed to be suggestions that not being verified limits service. Followed the steps, said I had completed the steps successfully but never received confirmation, or otherwise, of verification success. Completed the verification process 2 or 3 more times. Now says I have exceeded the limit of verification attempts. Raised a support ticket after a lengthy, unhelpful interaction with a stupid bot but still not heard a thing (either regarding verification or my support ticket) after nearly 3 days. Absolute rubbish. I recommend avoiding this company.
