Good potential bad execution

The layout of the app is relatively OK and I believe having a compatibility test as the basis of matching is an awesome idea. Unfortunately, I feel like there is no algorithm that gives you matches based on this, nor does it really matter after you’ve taken the test as, it just gives you random people to swipe left or right to afterwards. The thing that really irritates me is the fact that anyone can message you regardless, if your matched or not, and it will tell you that you’ve matched even though you’ve never seen their profile, but just because they sent you a message. You can unmatch them but if they send you a ‘crush’ message then you can’t even unmatch and their message will be there forever. So they could’ve really had a great app here but they’ve absolutely ruined it by not really caring about matching people up, the algorithm or the compatibility. Wasted potential

Everything is locked nf a paywall, want to see who viewed you? Pay for it. Want to match with the person who just liked you? Pay for it. ‘But surely if just liked me I’ll match with them soon because the way the algorithm works’? No. I’ve had people that have liked me weeks ago, and I’ve still not come across them despite liking over 50 people a day. There seems to be a lack of allowing the consumer to access things and more about making them pay for things that are minor. Even tinders algorithm is better because on that app, if someone likes you, once you close and open the app you’ll see them on the next 3 card stacks. But on this app there is nothing. The most baffling things is they even want you to pay, to find people less than 50km away, how much of a joke is that. But don’t worry all is saved! They have a spinning wheel where you can win ‘important things’ like a rollback, or 5 coins 😂 the worst thing about the wheel. 2 of the 6 prizes on it (so 33%) of the wheel is covered in discount to buy their premium service! This app literally screams buy buy buy. And this is my first ever review on apple play store but I had to just dive into how much of a joke the app is

Found the app through snapchat, read some bad sounding reviews so I was interested to find out why this app was being so heavily marketed but getting such poor reviews. I download the app and see that I can log in with snapchat, great, no spam emails, no remembering passwords, good start I through to myself. It goes through the validation process and asked me to accept all the terms and conditions etc, then, for a split second, it asked me my gender, I go to tap male but before I could, boom! “Your account has been disabled”. It gave me 4 possible reasons as to why my account was terminated, but last time I checked I was over 18, I wasn’t using any fake photos, because I hadn’t had a chance to upload a smashing selfie of my depressed soul, I hadn’t sent any abusive messages, because I hadn’t had the opportunity to message anyone, and I don’t think I was advertising, I could be wrong on that one but seaming as I didn’t actually get to use the app I think I’m in the clear. So yeah overall great app 10/10 would recommend, bans you before your even in! Single life rules anyway???!! Right? Please.
