I like the app because it allows me to work on a very flexible schedule. However, it happened three times. My shift completely disappeared from the app for no reason. And each time I explained what occurred, I had to pay a fine, blaming me. The shifts are still disappearing 1-2 hours before the shift appears and reappears a few hours later. That is why I take a screenshot. Also, I often had to wait for months to get paid. I'm currently staying to receive 58£ from a company that I had a shift in November 2023. I talked to other temper workers in persons, and they have experience the same issues.

I am sorry to hear that your shifts have disappeared. This happens when a shift starts. Until then the shift is visible in the app. After the shift is finished it will reappear to do the checkout. It is always good to keep an eye on your open applications and to retract them if you have not been chosen yet and do not think you will make it anymore.About the payment, please keep in mind that you carry the debtor risk when you do not choose the direct payment option. This is the worst agency app very misleading in terms of payment as long as I’m breathing I will never work for these crooks again they take forever to pay you or sometimes not at all they mislead you in circles and say there not responsible they then talk about finqule is working on it please if your reading this and thinking about working on this app don’t there liars and won’t pay you for your hard work you sweat and work for nothing as a company you should have a care of duty to pay your employees on time but they don’t care about you very immoral people should wake every day in the mirror and be ashamed of yourselves pathetic people don’t work for temper !!!!!!!!!!

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have not received a payment and that is taking quite some time. Please note that if you did not or could not choose the 'direct payment' option, the payment will be done once the client has paid the invoice. They have a payment term of 14 or 30 days after the checkout has been approved and the invoice has been sent to the client. When a client does not pay within the payment term, Finqle always takes extra steps to remind the client to pay the open invoice. This app has many technical issues! And after fighting to finally get my profile verified after my id wasn’t verifying the first time after selecting some shifts, when i click agree and apply it loads and nothing happens. After all of that i can’t even apply to any jobs due to the faulty app. After looking at the reviews after experiencing these problems i’ve realised that this app really is to waste your time. Even when i tried to contact customer support it will not let me!!HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR PPL THAT ARE JUST TRYING TO MAKE A WAY FOR THEMSELVES AND GIVES FALSE HOPE.

I have not been paid by few clients and temper is not doing anything in this. It has been more than 3 months. It’s not just one client. When I ask temper they tell me it is my risk I should have considered this. I request everyone to stay away from this app as it is a fraud company. And some clients listed on here pay you after 3 months which I still don’t know if they will or not. They are just dying that our payment period is 3 months it’s just been 45 days.
