Congratulations to Notino — Excellent Service and Delivery OptionsI want to sincerely congratulate Notino. The app is extremely well put together — clean, smooth, and easy to use. But what really sets Notino apart is the way they handle delivery. They give you real options: you can choose to have your parcel delivered to a post office, locker box, or even better, you can choose which delivery company you want to use! That’s a level of control most retailers don’t offer — and it makes a huge difference.By contrast, I’ve just spent £50 with another company and I’m having a terrible time with a delivery company I absolutely hate using because they don’t offer customer service and they’re very unreliable and the company I actually bought the product from you can’t contact them either (I’ll be careful not to name them here). The experience has been stressful and frustrating — and it reminded me just how valuable it is when a company like Notino puts customers first.On top of that, Notino offers actual customer service — where you can ring and speak to a real person, not get lost in chatbots or automated emails.I’ll be shopping with them again, and I’ll be recommending them to others too. As a collector of aftershave who’s currently updating his collection I really like this app. When you are shopping around for deals of the scents you want the sample option is excellent. Great price too for 4 samples to try before you buy under £10,very impressed. Just got a great price on 100ml Armani Stronger than You intense and have a long wish list waiting.The free gifts on certain items is also a nice touch when you spend over £70-£75. Wits the kind of price you’d spend on designer and Niche fragrance anyway. Great app with some great deals. Just made another order of three scents that were reduced and an absolute bargain. Can’t recommend Notino highly enough.

I love to browse on Notino and buy a few things, unfortunately since the update the home page opens but all of the pages/searches are completely blank for me :-(UPDATE: all resolved now and back to happy shopping :-) thank you

After buying two items with one of them having an additional £4 custom engraving on it, they failed to deliver my parcel and after 2 times of being unable to deliver it they cancelled the order and sent it back. I email them, nothing, so I call them and they say they can resend it to my home address instead of an InPost. After that I receive an email saying they don’t have one item in stock so they will just send me one item instead. Then they say they will refund me the engraving too. All that for one gift cancelled and the other Christmas gift to not even be custom anymore. Very uncool Notino.
