I emailed them after converting some 247 coins into a voucher which can only be redeemed in-store, mistakenly thinking the discount would be valid on an online purchase. Their reply was polite (not a hint of it being my own fault!), explained the online coins redemption process and that my coins would be converted back so I could use them online. It took approx. 5 days to complete the reversal. I’m relieved to keep my discount and that the brand treat their customers well especially as I’m a fan of their whole ethos - I’ll be back to shop more! Many thanks to Manga in customer service :)
Easy and instinctive but Info?

I like the brand and app a lot. Just made a big purchase with them after browsing for a month or so. But some items have too little information about them, such as material used, where they were made. It would be a brilliant app if that was in place as standard.
App too broken to use

I was unable to checkout using apple pay or my card details. Twice after confirming payment with my bank app i went bank to the levis app to find there was a payment issue, but it didnt specify what or how to fix. With apple pay, I believe the issue was that it removed the shipping address from the checkout details and is unable to integrate the one ive got saved with apple, but it wont let me go back and enter the address manually. This created a lot of hassle and a waste of time. In the end i used the levis website which was quick and easy. I was unable to claim the 10% extra discount on sale items, but that only amounted to £1.80 anyway so no great loss.
Frustrating website and worse app

Downloaded app to get the 500 points then it said they were converted to an in-store only voucher. I was about to buy a pair of jeans but got frustrated and didn’t bother. Asos much easier, don’t know why I bothered with the whole Levi’s account creation etc etc. Also find the website and app really annoying for finding the right items, select categories and shows other type jeans i.e tapered jeans in the slim jeans section. Images of items are rubbish and don’t give a good feel of the product, some only have one photo and can’t even zoom or spin. Waste of time. Go to ASOS.
