Once Stabilised will be another great edition to the Maple Story Franchise.

This game stays real true to the Maple Story we all know and love on the PC. With faces we all know and recognise and maps that bring you the feels of the PC version. That said, I presume this game is currently in its early phases of production as content is somewhat limited at the moment, and I do appear to be encountering some Crash errors. These errors mainly occur when trying to access certain Windowed Tabs such as Cash Shop & Event Tab. My only other complaint would be the sale processing on The Trade Station. I understand you have to moderate the trading to prevent Hackers/Gold Traders, but I do at some point the trading could be reviewed. All in all, I can’t wait for this game to be ironed out and live up to its full potential. I’ve been a Mapler for the best part of 10-12 years now on PC so I’m thrilled to finally see Maple expanding onto more platforms!

I REALLY wanted to play this. Last year another version was available that I played and enjoyed, so with the updated version I was excited to pick it up again. First time I tried downloading and playing it, it just kept crashing. It was fairly new so I decided to uninstall and give it some time to update, have bug fixes and etc before I tried again. Installed it again after seeing it's had an update and figured by now it would stop crashing. I really wanted to make sure it didn't crash, so I looked at the developers advice to people who were experiencing crashes, and freed up over 2GB to hopefully have the smoothest experience possible. Still keeps crashing. It spent forever downloading the game, I had to free up space by deleting games that have never crashed on me, and it still crashes as soon as I get into gameplay. I can't even complete the tutorial. Hell it took three crashes before I could even GET to the tutorial. I'm just disappointed. Is it worth waiting for the bugs to fix and trying again in a few more months time? It takes a long time to download just for me to find out it's just going to keep crashing before I can even complete the tutorial: not sure it's worth taking up so much memory while I wait, and redownloading takes so long, I can't even say if it would be worth it in the future. Truly disappointed

Put it in the settings menu it’s not hard! I’d love to give this game 5* but this auto play thing is a joke. If that’s what your into then fine, but at least give us the option not to default to it. What makes it even worse is that when you switch it off, it doesn’t just stop the avatar, it warps you to a different point of the map which is inevitably well behind where the quest start is!!! I will 100% give this game 5* if you at least amend the auto feature, it’ll be handy no doubt, when you cba playing and just want to progress but I don’t even have the option without moving myself halfway across the map backwards. Like I said, simple fix, options, gameplay settings, autoquest on/off. With everything you’ve done in this game, and how much work has clearly gone into it, how is that difficult!!! Please fix it, it totally kills the immersion every time I want to throw my iPad out the window because it does it EVERY TIME YOU START A QUEST.

Some problems but huge potential.

This is a fairly decent attempt by Nexon to bring the fun of the pc game to mobile and it has huge potential. Graphics are good. Controls aren’t great on iPhone but that is more to do with screen size and the need for so many things to be rendered on screen. Autobattle and auto quest are a help here. There are some major problems too. Hint: it’s incredibly annoying disconnecting from the server every time I need to actually use my phone as a phone to check an email, IM, check anything really. That is on top of the numerous disconnections while actively trying to play. Some of that can be mitigated by doing a lengthy mini dungeon on auto-battle while asleep but is that REALLY something we should be making necessary or encouraging? Special mentions with relation to problems go to the dual linked issues of battery drain and phone overheating. Phones aren’t pc’s or consoles.Overall a good attempt by Nexon that will hopefully improve with time.
