Appalling Customer Service

Appalling Customer Service from the App and non-existent from the Stripe. There is an issue with my account where I am unable to get payouts from the app to my bank account. Waiting 1 month and still unable to payout. Contacted the customer service and waited 5 hours for a Hello response, even though the whole issue has been explained. I explained again and many hours later, the Customer Service is closed! Appalling service. I am sure the app works well when it works, but when it doesn’t, you don’t see your money and get no support.
