I’ve been playing the game for quite a few months and made a booking for 3 nights before the recent update & looking forward to our stay. I’m still playing it and have found it easier to increase my gems since I made the booking (maybe because I now don’t have a particular target of gems to reach!) and have no issue with the recent update - you can’t expect to stay at a 5 star hotel in Vegas for nothing! As with updates in apps there will be glitches, but the team are resolving these and quick to respond. I’ve recommended the app to friends in the past and still continue to do so.

Guides to getting free stuff with this app are outdated. Since September 2019 a new “VIP” program was introduced. As a result, it is practically impossible to redeem for rooms without spending money on chips (which you don’t need if you play smart). If you played 5 sessions of 30-60 minutes per day every day for 3-4 months and stayed lucky, you could earn the required status through grinding. Less play than that and you will NOT earn the right to redeem points and status resets to zero! You won’t even be able to see the redemption schedule until you are at that level! Earning VIP level 2 (needed to redeem for rooms) through buying chips will cost you £99.Existing players have been told they have 30 days to spend their gems since the rule change, but actually this doesn’t even work. I have 9k gems (should be 3-4 night at the Wynn) but can’t use them without spending real money in the app.There is, effectively, a paywall between you and the free stuff, which makes it pretty much not free.

I enjoy this slot game. There’s a good variety of games and decent rewards at the end of it. It does take a while to amass the gems and you do have to have an in game spend to be able to book a room. However the Wynn is a fabulous place to stay and definitely worth the in game spend. Aside from that the customer service is fast and fair in the response to queries.

Used to be a good fun app where it was possible to get a few nights for free after several months of regularly playing. Then a sudden change to the app basically meant you had to spend hundreds to actually get to the vip level for a free room. Even worse is the money they’ve taken from you before means nothing after a few months, you’ll have to make hundreds in purchases again. At the end of the day spending £100 on the app to be able to get 1-4 nights for free isn’t too bad a deal, but that opportunity should last forever and not be wiped away after a few months if you don’t book. But Wynn for some reason decided to screw everyone over here..very odd.
