I like this app that creates app and it’s good pricing to keep you there on the App Store and google play. But can you improve other updates in the future. I love this App!

I get it, your app doesn’t have ads so the only source of income should be to profit off a subscription service and that’s fine… BUT WHY THE HECK IS IT SO EXPENSIVE???!!1 month can be up to £14 which is crazy, especially how most apps that would be made won’t even profit a penny. I read a review earlier and it said kindness doesn’t cost a penny and it’s true.You can charge a subscription service but personally, if you are going to make everything so expensive and little customisation without the subscription, you should just make the entire app paid.I used igenapps in the past and I loved it besides the 3 day free trial which i thought was obsurd and a completely free version which had basically everything but certain locked screens would be perfect, and i’d be willing to optionally buy it to support the devs.. but NO. Money hungry developers making it cost £25 there and £15 here?? Why not actually make the free trial more of a free version, you’d get more users and certainly more pay. It’s not like if you pay for the subscription, the website link to install the web app can be under a custom domain or EVEN A CUSTOM SUBDOMAIN OFF YOUR DOMAIN but it has to be random numbers, which i’m fine with IF YOU DIDNT MAKE IT SO MONEY HUNGRY.Besides that, and maybe the slightly outdated UI, the app is great and it’s a 5/5 for the idea and concept😅

So I had very high hopes for this app! I’m currently trying to build something for a global kindness moment that I am creative director for. And everything was going well a few hiccups here and there nothing too serious. Until I contacted support with regards to adding photos to the body of content I had written in addition to the header shown at the top of this page. At this point of contact with the developer or support individual It really showed how much you get for £14 a month. Which isn’t more than brief unhelpful answers, with no really passion of concern for your technical issues. So glad I didn’t pay for the whole year up front, and please don’t make the same mistake as I did and subscribe. I will update further with the details of me being able to recover my subscription fee 4 days in to using the app. Dear developer ‘kindness doesn’t cost a penny’
