Kryss is a crossword game you can play solo or with friends. Take turns with the computer, a random player, or someone you know.
Every game brings a Scandinavian-style crossword, also known as an arrowword, that you haven't solved before, with clues and drawings to help you. Crossword puzzles and arrow words in 12 languages, free to play.
HOW TO PLAY
You get five letters each turn and one minute to place them in the shared crossword. Score bonus points for completing words, getting the key letters right, and using all five letters in one turn. Every letter you place stays on the board for the other player too, so sometimes it pays to save a letter for later.

Ads don't work - have to restart app every time

I really like this game and if it weren't for the malfunctioning ads, I would give it five stars. Look, I don't mind ads, that's the price I have to play for free. What I do mind is that the "watch for 30 seconds then play" model doesn't work. When an ad pops up, the whole thing gets stuck. There is no little X that comes up at the top after your 30 seconds of watching so you can continue the game. You just get stuck in this infinite loop and there have been many times where I've watched an ad but cannot continue playing so I have to shut down the app. When I reopen it, I have to do the whole thing all over again and it's this vicious cycle. It's soooooo annoying.

After playing against family for years and paid my subscription to have adds free I cannot connect with them. My husband (who has also paid) one of my game opponents , also has this same problem. What is going on??? I have hunted your website for clues and or how to get my subs back as I can’t play but with no luck. We have loved this game and miss our daily challenges Sorry to have to write this on reviews it as it is my only option to get answers ☹️
