This is just a review of the ordering stage which is excellent, 5 stars so far, it is very easy to use and I’m quite impressed by the help you get with orders and how easy it is to find the items you’re looking for rather than scrolling through thousands of trainers for example looking for the right colour, hopefully the items are as impressive as the website, time will tell, and tbh where else do you get 2 pairs of trainers 2 jackets and a t shirt for a £100, so I’m not expecting perfection but from what I’ve seen it all looks pretty good, will follow up when items arrive hopefully for Xmas 😂👍

I know about this app just probably a month, the first time I downloaded it I deleted asap as I couldn’t see much.. but I saw a review on another app and decided to download again.. to my amazement I saw quite a few things to fill my basket with. I bought my first parcel then my 2nd but looking at my 3rd parcel I noticed things had been removed.. the app removes things that are interesting a lot of it’s customers. Amazing dupes on this app.. and face it not every one has thousands of pounds to splash on big named branded items. So why not buy from here them big names. Only thing is now the app removes them so I guess less and less people will be buying from this app as it has become just like SHEIN nearly. Why do you have to delete items. Stop people reviewing on social media and keep the brands we want on Sara mart.

I downloaded the app as a recommendation from friends. I set up my account and it automatically put my location as united states but i am United Kingdom. I went onto the chat to ask how to change my location as it would give me the list, but would not allow me to select my country, all country’s came up and i could see/tap on united kingdom but it would not change. I even tried putting in my address to see if this would help, yet would only find addresses similar in the united states. I asked on the chat for customer service to change my location so i can continue the set up of my account and aparently they cant change my location due to security reasons because I couldn’t provide a video of me being unable to select the option! Just does not make sense and i cant even order anything as its in dollars not pounds not to mention the obvious oh yes i can’t select where i live for acurate delivery!

Following a system update hardly any items show up for the majority of people now, eg. for bags I have about 7 options max show up and none of the them are the ‘inspired’ ones everyone looks for on the site. Tried multiple different suggestions of people who were able to view the popular items but none of them work. Tried deleting my account after giving up and instead says ‘system maintenance, try again later’ so looks like it won’t even let you delete your account. Noticed it also remembers your details once you’ve logged out even if you don’t choose to ‘remember details’ when first logging in. Would probs avoid as it’s useless for the only reason people actually use this site (the cheap ‘branded’ items). Would advise if you have friends who’s account shows the items just piggyback of their order - doesn’t look like it’s fixing any time soon!!
