Terms and conditions for auto-renewing subscriptions:
1. This payment will be charged to Apple Store Account at confirmation of purchase.
2. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
3. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users’ iTunes Store and App Store Settings after purchase. Uninstalling the TVBAnywhere+ App does not automatically end your subscription. Please visit the Apple store to view, change, or cancel your subscription policy https://support.apple.com/en-sg/HT202039 for service cancellation. (Note: Per Apple's cancel policy, this service will be automatically renewed for 1 month if the customer fails to turn off Automatic Renewal more than 24 hours before the renewal date.)
4. This Premium SVOD service is only available to existing Basic/Free Zone Service customers. Upon termination of Basic/Free Zone Service for whatever reason, this service will be automatically terminated at the same time and no refund or offset or transfer of fees paid will be provided.

This app used to be okay with a few ads here and there, usually one at the beginning of an episode and one at the end. But the issue here is that now - very recently - near the Mid-Autumn festival this year 2025 they have started dropping 6-7 adverts for Wong Wong Moon Cakes. That many for a 40 minute episode. That’s madness! Even Netflixs’ cheapest subscription doesn’t drop that many adverts in one episode. This makes me want to not buy Wong Wong Moon Cakes. Why do this TVB? 為什麼?Update 24th Jan 2026: so the advert frequency has fallen for sure, however when watching any drama episodes or variety shows, the stream would suddenly blink black and load for 2 seconds before continuing the program, which ruins the immersion. These areas are clearly where the extra ads used to be inserted but were removed following complaints, but instead of smoothing out the streaming process they just took the ads out so the sections would try to load, load nothing and then continue the program. This is very lazy TVB, fix this!

When I subscribed for this app, I was told by tvb Anywhere staffs that I can airplay the tvb program from your phone to your tv through the app.I already got the tvb box in my living room, so I bought another latest LG smart tv in my other room hoping to airplay my favourite tvb program. Disappointingly, I can only play the advertisements on the tv, streaming stopped as soon as the main program started. Later on I found out from the very helpful tvb anywhere staff that this app is only compatible with certain tv. Useless!!

downloaded this app so I can watch dramas on the go/offline however it doesn’t work. It’s telling me I’ve turned of my mobile data when it’s clearly on so I cannot use this app without WiFi. I downloaded the episode but it un-downloads itself. how is that possible??

Hurray!!!I’ve managed to pair this up the tv App and now I can enjoy great, up-to-date tv shows as well as the latest news and catch up. It took a while for the app to update, but it was worth the wait!!! 👍🏻
