I’ve been paying for “another” well known VPN provider for a very long time now - but after having difficulty connecting to their app / vpn in the country I’m in (I can’t say where)- I tried Planet VPN - and connected with absolutely no hassle at all, as where I am at the moment the Authorities do their best to restrict VPN connections - Planet VPN is able to cut through it all and connect “for free” with no hassle at all ! - Kudos to Planet VPN !!!(I’m in the Middle East - that’s as much as I can say)

This is a reasonably good VPN as it works effortlessly on most websites and smoothly. The only problem is that it still doesn't allow me to stream from BBCi Player or All4 even though the VPN shows I'm connected in London U.K. I just get the following message whenever I try to stream a programme on either of those platforms: "Service Unavailable. This programme is not available in your current location."Very frustrating when you advertise that you can browse, stream and play without restrictions and streaming some of my favourite shows whilst travelling internationally was one of my main reasons for getting this VPN.

The program is very easy to use and requires no knowledge. In order to hide your IP address, start the VPN program for the first time, and then use your browser completely anonymously. The program offers the possibility to select the country in which it is supposedly, but personally always put the automatic connection and the program itself chooses the fastest option.

Constantly signed out and have issues signing back in so you still get hit with the adverts. Ruins the point of having paid for it if I can’t use the better servers. Should just keep me signed in or at least local cache that I’m a premium member. When it does work it’s good only a couple of countries it would not connect to. I used it free for 15 mins and thought this was good and then after paying it just got worse. Wouldn’t suggest going premium until they patch this issue.
