I have been buying various products for a while, love the Sakura range, my favourite, have a few of the perfumes too, have had a few different candles & I must say my absolute favourite is Royal Tea, as soon as that’s an option I quickly buy as it’s not always available, then it’s the Sakura, have always found customer service to be excellent, even when I had an issue with a delivery where a very large candle arrived damaged, as soon as I contacted them, sent photos a replacement was delivered the next day, the girls that have served me in our local store in Plymouth Mall are always very knowledgeable & helpful, a real pleasure to have them here in Plymouth, just wish I had taken notice of their names, keep up the good work Rituals, love your store 😊🥰
Great products, poor app coding particularly for UK customers

The app may look nice, but I have two main issues with it. Firstly, the videos and animations that can’t be paused, stopped, or turned off. I can’t read text or look at the products if there is movement happening on the screen. Give me a way to disable this! Secondly, the address form is a disaster for UK delivery. It tries to force a house number when many of us live in houses with names, not numbers. It flips the order of the address fields, puts the house number/name after the street, reverses town and city, and places the postcode above the town. That might work in the Netherlands or the US, but it’s completely wrong for the UK. As it stands, I can’t even get my address entered correctly, so I won’t place an order through the app, discount or no discount for my first order. Please fix the coding so it accepts and formats UK addresses properly. Until then, this app is useless for UK customers. I can’t have faith in a company that can’t be bothered to get their coding correct.

I purchased the advent calendar, a very wanted experience that I was unable to have the previous year due to having already been gifted a luxury calendar. So 9 months later I was very happy that Rituals had continued with this product. I purchased the calendar and received a lovely message (excellent response for a unique item). To only have the product go missing at the delivery point, Rituals however responded by replacing the item whilst the investigation continue s ensuring that I don’t miss out, thank you Rituals. A fantastic service for wonderful products

I absolutely love rituals. The smells are so mind blowing, not to mention how calming and soothing it is. Being a mind & healing therapist these smells really do lift your spirits and boost positivity into your mind and that’s important to me when buying products. I’ve recently ordered 2 advent calendars but never received my free items. So left disappointed with the company. I’ve recently bought more products and wonder if that free gift with come my way... Customers believe in your products so please believe in your customers and honour them their free gifts..!
