This is absolutely incredible

Called my local clinic 2mins after it opened - i was 20th in queue and therefore my call was never answered. Getting an appointment has somewhat become impossible nowadays and it’s only getting worse by day.

Downloaded this app, got seen by a doctor within 20mins. My prescription was ready for collection in the next hour. All that, I was still in my pyjamas.

To the person who’s behind all this - you’re an absolute genius!! I can’t thank you enough.

Chasing prescription

First time using Livi and although it seemed easier to use at first glance, it has caused more problems than it is worth. I did get to speak to a doctor but only after trying several times due to the app refusing to acknowledge I had given permission to access my medical records. Waited for appointment and it got auto cancelled! I tried again and was eventually connected. After speaking with the doctor i was told a prescription had been sent to my local chemist. After i got a message saying it was ready to pick up i walked down to the chemist to be told they had not received a prescription and had no messages from Livi. I went to my other local chemist thinking maybe it had gone there instead, but they didn’t have it. I went to my local doctors to see if they could find out where it had been sent and they could not tell me. I called Livi support and after several disconnects i managed to talk to a support agent who told me it was sent to the correct chemist, but they would sent it again. By this time it was too late to go to the chemist again so the next day i called the chemist to confirm they had it before I walked down again. They told me they had no prescription again. So now I have no medication and have spent 2 days trying to get answers to no avail. I will go back to my local doctor who I can trust.

Surely an easier was to send prescriptions

Used the app for this first time, spoke to a really helpful doctor within minutes and was prescribed some antibiotics for tonsillitis. Got a message saying that my prescription request was waiting for a doctor, then an update a couple of hours later saying it would be processed first thing the next morning and I would be able to collect it no later than midday the next day. It got to midday the next day and I had no update so called the helpline and eventually got through, where I was told by a pretty grumpy customer service assistant that I would receive a message within the next half hour. I waited half an hour and nothing came. Eventually I got a message at about 2pm saying it was ready. I am not sure why it takes so long, why can’t the doctor just sign it off while on the call. While it was nice just to be able to pick the phone up and speak to a doctor, if you are in urgent need of treatment, it would be better to see a GP face to face or go to a walk in centre.

Developer Response ,

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry to hear that your prescription was delayed. That is definitely not how we would like our service to operate. Please give our support line a call on 020 3870 3029 to discuss this further. All the best.
