The app won’t even open unless you allow personal location sharing at all times. Very very dodgy! Don’t set up the device if you’re not willing for this company to have constant access to your personal location. Every cyber security expert in the world states you should never do this on any app. Not worth the smaller device size!

App is fully blocked unless you allow access to your phone precise location data at all times. I do not understand why this is necessary: the pet collar has GPS so there is no need to track my phone as well. I do not wish to share my own personal location data with Fi. I am therefore unable to use the app.

Data violations

App blocks you unless you allow location tracking at all times. I bought a gps collar to keep track of my dog’s location, not my own. It says it uses this data to alert you if your dog escapes, but you do not need my location for this. This is in violation of my GDPR rights and needs rectifying ASAP.

What possible reason could the app have for forcing you to share your precise location at all times, even when you’re not using the app?! This is supposed to be for finding dogs not tracking humans. Is this even legal?
