The cologne tend to be highly over priced for the amount of ml you’re given. I’ve made two monthly purchases and none of them arrived in the month they claim to be for. For an example you select a fragrance for months in advance, the one I’ve chosen for August hasn’t arrived and we’re towards the end of the month, the last fragrance took 7 weeks to arrive. Other than this the fragrance is really nice, I’m very impatient and would prefer to spend that extra money for a full bottle of parfum/cologne as you’ll be getting much more if your moneys worth!

We appreciate you using our scent subscription and sharing how your experience went! 7 weeks is too long and indicates something went wrong, so we sincerely apologize for that! While this isn't the typical Scentbird experience, the courier might have trouble delivering your order and we advise that you let us know if your item(s) doesn't arrive within 7 to 10 business business days. We will review the matter and send a new package out immediately where necessary. Our subscription also bills you on a fixed date between the 1st and 28th. If your fixed billing date lies towards the end of the month, the delivery can occasionally spill into the beginning of the next month. Please email us at support@scentbird.com, and we'll be happy to move your billing date to the beginning of the month so that your orders always arrive within the same month you are billed.

Great idea, but missing key personalisation

I really like the concept of the app and even added my subscription. However, when I search for perfumes, most of the recommendations seem to be for women. There’s no option to filter by gender, which is quite frustrating. It makes me unsure whether I’ll actually receive products that match my profile and preferences. Adding a gender filter would really improve the experience.

Developer Response
Thank you so much for sharing this feedback with us, Renato! When using our app/website, we generally refer to women scents as "perfumes," and men scents as "cologne". To see men scents, please select "cologne" or use this link https://www.scentbird.com/subscription/colognes. 🚹
