Information about subscription auto-renewal:
• Subscription automatically renews unless the auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

I did not subscribe to weekly subscription with Rec. I was charged £7.49 on the 20th of March, 2024 which was 2 days before the expiry of free trial. Also they had advertised that there there subscription is monthly. When I realized that they had deducted that money, I immediately cancelled the active subscription on their app and deleted the app from my phone. Now today the 27th of March, 2024. They have now deducted the sum of £7.49 from my account without any invoice. This company Call Recorder iCall is fraudulent. I need a full refund of my money. I never used their services.This app was very complex to use.Avoid them at all cost.
All is not what it seems

This might be a good app but it is not as described. The advertising video suggests you just press a button on your call screen and you are recording. That is not the case. You have you exit the call screen, start the record app, come back to the call screen and link the call. For me in the UK it was then connecting to a USA number. Definitely not as described.

Can only assume this is a con. Paid for the discounted rate 90% off. Installed it and there is no way of recording calls, it doesn’t let me add a call or merge as those buttons aren’t an option in my iPhone. As I’ve already paid the year subscription and no customer service available to help me or give a refund, just appears to be a scam.

I got this app to record a couple of calls, great it works but then found out the two calls I made cost £7.25 & £2.74 for 2mins 38sec call & 1min call! Doesn’t state anywhere that you’ll be changed extra for using the call service via your phone provider! Be careful
